CE Recording Program
With AMTIE's Continuing Education Recording Program, members may submit their CE activity for tracking and reporting. Updated online quarterly, member report cards list all continuing education credits submitted for the current year-to-date. STEP online credit is automatically posted to a member's record at the end of each quarter. Continuing education activity may be accrued through completion and submission of modules and STEP tests or by submitting documentation accompanied by the following forms to:

Annual Certificates
As an incentive for members to keep up with their CE credits (and to help members comply with the Certification Continuation Program every three years, if applicable), AMTIE will award an annual certificate to those meeting specific CE criteria.
Below is a depiction of the recommended number of CE credits that members should earn during a calendar year (January 1-December 31). Members meeting the recommended number of CE credits will be provided with a “Certificate of Compliance”. Individuals who earn double the number of CE credits in a given year will receive a “Certificate of Excellence”, an Annual Report Card, a letter to the employer, and a press release. Both those who meet as well as those who exceed the recommended number of CE credits will have their name appear in the Journal of Continuing Education Topics & Issues.

Note: The CE Recording Program is a voluntary program for all AMT members. Obtaining annual certificates is also a voluntary activity. Please note, however, that ongoing participation in the CE Recording Program as well as keeing up with CE credits on an annual basis will help newer members more easily document compliance with the Certification Continuation Program.
