Applications are listed two ways: PDF: where you have to print off the application and hand write all information or PDF Fill In: where you can type the information into the fields, print it off, sign it and mail it to AMT.
After you print an application it may be completed and sent to AMT as an ACCEPTABLE ORIGINAL.
ATTENTION: Saudia Arabia/United Arab Emirates and Philippine applicants have different Medical Technologists and Medial Assistant Applications. Please make sure you choose the correct application. |
